In case you were wondering, we want to assure you that the team here at Arena Gliwice is still working full-time to keep the company going and to ensure that we’re ready to go back to normal as soon as the COVID-19 outbreak has been contained.

So what is it that we’re doing exactly?

  • The team has been working from home since 13 March. We’re keeping in touch online and on the phone in full compliance with the appropriate safety regulations to minimize the risk of spreading the disease.
  • Bearing these regulations in mind, some of our employees are busy on-site doing essential technical inspections – this is necessary to keep the venue in good shape.
  • We’re preparing for every scenario. The board of directors has decided to authorize the management to take over in case one of them is asked to self-isolate.
  • We’re here for you as much as we can. You can still contact us using the contact form on our website or call 32 444 26 00. Additionally, the box office will be open next Wedensday (25 March) between 2 and 6 pm for ticket returns.
  • We’re keeping in touch with our partners. As you know, many of the events we had scheduled have been cancelled or postponed. We’re currently negotiating with event organisers to help them reschedule or organise events in the second half of the year.
  • We’re keeping on top of our paperwork to make sure everything is in order.
  • And finally, we’re keeping you posted on the latest news here on our website and our social media channels.
