Depending on the event, tickets can be bought online from one of our ticketing partners (Eventim, eBilet, Biletyna) or in person from the box office (also on the day of the event). The ticket link can be found in the event description page.

This depends on the event. As a general rule, children below the age of four can attend the event for free as long as they sit in an adult’s lap. Nevertheless, we kindly request you to verify with the event Organiser if this applies to the event you’re interested in.

The box office is open every day from 12 to 6 pm. If you can’t make it there in person, you can also call 32 444 26 53.

As a general rule, you can have the tickets on your mobile device, though there may be exceptions. If this is the case, we will be sure to give you a heads-up before the event.
