1When will the event take place?
All information about events is available on our website and on our Facebook page.
2Where can I buy tickets?
You can find the link in the description of each event in the Events section. Tickets to some events can also be purchased in person at our box office.
3When will tickets become available?
As soon as tickets become available, there will be a link in the event description on our website. You can also follow us on Facebook to keep up with the latest news about all events taking place at PreZero Arena Gliwice.
4Are tickets still available?
You can check ticket availability with the ticket provider or by calling our box office at +48 887 558 910. The link to the ticket provider’s website can be found in the description of each event.
5Does my child need a ticket?
This depends on the event. Please contact the ticket provider directly to find out what rules apply during the event you’d like to attend.
6Where can I buy accessible tickets?
If you'd like to buy tickets for someone with a disability, please contact the ticket provider directly. If you need help purchasing accessible tickets, please contact us at pomozemy@prezeroarenagliwice.pl.
7Do I need to print my tickets?
For most events, you can show the tickets on your phone, just make sure that the barcode is clearly visible. If mobile tickets are not accepted for a particular event, this will be clearly stated in the guide we publish on our website ahead of the show.

Parking

1Can I park my car around the venue?
There are 800 parking spaces on site. For a majority of events, you can pre-book your parking space online. This can be done by clicking on the “Parking” button in the event description. A limited number of parking spaces are also available on the day of the event.
2How much does it cost?
This depends on the event. You can check the prices for the specific event in the guide we publish in the News section on our website and on our Facebook page.
3Is accessible parking available?
There are 25 accessible parking spaces available to people with the relevant permit. Parking is free of charge – you just have to show your disability ID card on entry. These parking spaces may be subject to advance reservation.

On the day

1Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You cannot bring food and drinks into the Arena. Our food kiosks offer a wide range of food and beverage options.
2What is the temperature in the Main Arena?
Approximately 17-18 degrees Celsius.

#2 Accessibility

PreZero Arena Gliwice is fully accessible. The venue is designed for wheelchair use to ensure that guests with mobility impairments have access to all areas of the venue. If you have any questions about your visit, please contact us at pomozemy@prezeroarenagliwice.pl.

1Accessible seats
There are a total of 72 seats for guests with disabilities: 36 for wheelchair users and 36 for their friends, family or PAs. They are located in all sectors and provide excellent visibility and easy access to other areas of the venue, including disabled toilets. Please note that the number of available seats may change depending on the event.
2Accessible tickets
If you'd like to buy tickets for someone with a disability, please contact the ticket provider directly. If you need help purchasing accessible tickets, please contact us at pomozemy@prezeroarenagliwice.pl.
3Accessible parking
There are 25 accessible parking spaces available to people with the relevant permit. Parking is free of charge – you just have to show your disability ID card on entry. If you need further information on the day of the event, please ask the parking attendants.
4Assistance
Staff members and volunteers can be found in the main throughways as well as around the venue. They are easy to spot: you can recognize the staff by their black uniforms with “Służba informacyjna/Ochrona” at the front and back, and the volunteers by their orange T-shirts, blue jackets and a volunteer ID badge. If you need assistance during your visit, please talk to them – they’ll be very happy to help.

#3 PARKING

Arena Gliwice has a car park that fits 800 vehicles. During events, additional car parks in the venue’s vicinity are made available.

On event days, parking spaces are available for a fee which depends on the event. You can pre-book your space online by clicking on the “Parking” button in the event description. A limited number of parking spaces are also available on the day of the event. There are 25 accessible parking spaces available to people with the relevant permit. Parking is free of charge – you just have to show your disability ID card on entry. On days when no events are taking place at the Arena, our five car parks (P1-P5) are available to the general public free of charge.

#4 DIRECTIONS

Getting here:

1By car
PreZero Arena Gliwice is located near an interchange connecting the A1 and A4 motorways, as well as the Trans-Regional Highway (DTŚ). This makes it easily accessible from neighbouring cities.
2By bus
There are two buses that you can take to the Arena: the 702 and the M1. Alight at Gliwice Arena Widowiskowo-Sportowa.
3By train
Gliwice railway station (Dworzec PKP) is located 3 km away from the venue. You can get here from the station on foot, by bike, by bus (702) or take a taxi.
4By plane
PreZero Arena Gliwice is located 50 kilometers from Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport and 70 kilometers from Kraków Balice Airport. The venue is easily accessible from both airports via the A1 and A4 motorways.
